Government forecasters said there is a 90 percent chance which was only 60 percent two days ago, that the East will get hit with  a storm that involves Hurricane Sandy and they are calling it “Frankenstorm”. Now with a name like that one has to be afraid.  Forecasters say that the entire Eastern region will be hit with hundreds of miles of steady, strong and damaging winds and rain for several days.  Therefore, The Federal Emergency Management Agency is warning people to “update your family communication plans, check your supplies, and stay informed.”  Connecticut Gov.
